Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Guests can cancel their hotel booking through the HotelApp mobile application or website. Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before check-in.

2. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the check-in date and does not cancel the booking, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of booking (UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking).

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided in case of early check-out or booking modifications, subject to hotel management approval.

5. Booking Modifications

Date changes or room upgrades are subject to availability and price difference. Any additional amount must be paid at the time of modification.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
